Our Commitment to Quality
At Onasy, we take pride in offering carefully crafted, high-quality jewelry. That's why we provide a color-fastness warranty for a full year from the date of purchase, subject to the terms outlined below.
The warranty covers color changes resulting from a defect in plating or manufacturing quality. It does not cover damage or discoloration caused by misuse or failure to follow the care instructions. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed after the product is received and inspected, the case will be handled accordingly — through repair, replacement, or another suitable action based on the nature of the defect. We will cover any shipping or delivery costs related to the case if the defect is confirmed to be a manufacturing fault.
* This warranty does not affect any rights granted to consumers under the applicable laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates.
Warranty Period
The warranty is valid for one year from the date of purchase and covers color-fastness only. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, or exposure to factors that may affect the plating or shine.
Cases Not Covered by the Warranty
The warranty does not cover any damage, discoloration, or loss of shine resulting from:
Exposing the piece to chemicals:
- Spraying perfume directly on the jewelry.
- Contact with creams, lotions, or oils.
- Contact with soap or detergents.
- Hair spray or cosmetic products.
Exposing the piece directly to water:
- Showering while wearing it.
- Washing hands while wearing it.
- Performing ablution or swimming while wearing it.
- Wearing the piece during exercise or heavy sweating.
- Sleeping while wearing the jewelry.
- Dropping the piece or exposing it to breakage, scratching, or strong friction.
- Storing the piece improperly or leaving it exposed to humidity, heat, or chemicals.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
If you experience an issue covered by the warranty, please contact us through our official communication channels and attach the following:
- Order number or proof of purchase.
- Clear photos of the product.
- A brief description of the issue.
- Any information that helps assess the case.
Once we receive your request, the case will be reviewed and the appropriate action determined based on an inspection of the product and the nature of the issue. The customer may be asked to send the product for inspection before a replacement or other action is approved.
Jewelry Care Instructions
To preserve the shine and quality of your piece for as long as possible, we recommend the following:
- •Put on jewelry only after applying perfume and creams.
- •Avoid contact with water or chemicals.
- •Remove it before sleeping or exercising.
- •Store it in its original box after use.
- •Clean it gently with a soft, dry cloth.
